a dining kitchen with Aga and a spacious living room. All the main
rooms have glorious views over the Duddon Estuary.

are free to explore the working farm and to collect fresh eggs
for their breakfast.
Situated as it is in the south west of Cumbria,
the location provides easy access to Cumbria’s west coast,
but is also convenient for some of the most popular Lakeland centres,
with Coniston, Ambleside, Windermere and Bowness not very far away,
and the Lakeland fells are all around.
